Nanticoke

The Nanticoke (Nentego), with the Conoy (Piscataway), lived on the eastern and western shores of Chesapeake Bay in Maryland and in southern Delaware. They spoke Algonkian languages. Their descendants now live in the Nanticoke Community in Sussex County, Delaware, in Canada, and with the Delaware in Oklahoma.
